IPR Complaints Policy
Complaint Procedure
If you believe that content on any of the Knowledge Bridge Consulting Inc. has violated your
copyright or other intellectual property right, please write to our Designated Agent providing
the following information:
An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of
the copyright or other intellectual property right alleged to be infringed;
A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim to have
been infringed;
Identification of the material that you claim to be infringing including information regarding its
location that would enable it to be located and if possible the URL of such infringing material;
Information that would enable us to contact you, such as your address, telephone number,
and email address (if available);
A statement by you to the effect that you believe in good faith that the use of the infringing
material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual
property owner, its agent, or the law;
A statement by you, under penalty of perjury, that the above information contained in your
communication is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of
copyright or other intellectual property right.
Your notice with the above information to be effective should be sent to our Designated
Agent for notice of claims of infringement of copyright and intellectual property rights at the

1. Definition of Intellectual Property: Clearly define the types of intellectual property
covered under the policy, such as copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets.
2. Designated Agent: Provide contact information for a designated agent who can
receive and address IPR infringement complaints. This person or team is responsible
for overseeing the complaint process.
3. Complaint Submission Process: Outline the steps for filing an IPR complaint,
including the information required in the complaint, such as identification of the
allegedly infringed intellectual property, proof of ownership, and details of the alleged
infringement.
4. Response Timeframe: Specify the expected timeframe for acknowledging receipt of
the complaint and resolving the issue. This helps set expectations for both the
complainant and the organization handling the complaint.
5. Investigation Process: Detail the steps taken to investigate the IPR complaint,
including any additional information required from both the complainant and the
accused party. The goal is to assess the validity of the claim and determine if there is
an actual infringement.
6. Counter-Notification Process: If the accused party believes that the complaint was
filed in error, provide information on the counter-notification process. This allows the
accused to defend themselves and potentially have the content reinstated if it was
wrongly taken down.
7. Content Removal or Remediation: Specify the potential actions taken upon finding
an intellectual property infringement, such as content removal, account suspension,
or any other necessary remediation measures.
8. Repeat Offender Policy: Outline how the organization deals with repeat offenders
who have been involved in multiple intellectual property infringement cases.
9. Appeals Process: Describe the process by which either party can appeal the
decision if they disagree with the outcome of the complaint.
10. Education and Prevention: Include information and resources to educate users and
content creators about intellectual property rights and how to avoid infringing on
others' rights.
Please take note that if you knowingly misrepresent that any material or activity is infringing,
you may be subject to liability under Section 512(f) of the Copyright Act.
Counter-notice Procedure
If you are a subscriber and you feel that material posted by you on any of the Knowledge
Bridge Consulting Inc. has been wrongly removed, please write to our Designated Agent
providing the following information:
- your physical or electronic signature
identification of material posted by you that has been removed, or to which
access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared
before it was removed or access to it was disabled
- a statement by you, under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that
the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or wrong
identification of the material to be removed or disabled

your name, address, email and telephone number, and a statement to the
effect that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court, within the
jurisdiction of which your address is located, or if your address is outside the
United States, the Federal District Court, having jurisdiction over the place of
business of the service provider Knowledge Bridge Consulting Inc. and that
you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification
of infringement or his agent
- your counter-notice with the above information to be effective should be sent
to our Designated Agent for notice of claims of infringement of copyright and
intellectual property rights at the following address

Please take note that if you knowingly misrepresent that material was removed or activity
was disabled as a result of mistake or wrong identification, you may be subject to liability
under Section 512(f) of the Copyright Acts. Also, kindly note that we have a policy of
terminating the accounts of subscribers who repeatedly infringe copyright or other third party
rights.
If you are a subscriber and believe that content posted by you on any of the Knowledge
Bridge Consulting Inc. platforms has been incorrectly removed, you may initiate the Counter-
notice Procedure by reaching out to our Designated Agent.
Please provide the following information in your communication:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material posted by you that has been removed or disabled, along
with the location where it appeared before removal or disabling.
- A statement made by you, under penalty of perjury, affirming that you sincerely
believe that the removal or disabling of the material was a result of a mistake or
misidentification.
- Your name, address, email, and telephone number, along with a statement
confirming your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in the
jurisdiction where your address is located. If your address is outside the United
States, your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court overseeing the
place of business of Knowledge Bridge Consulting Inc. as the service provider, and
your agreement to accept service of process from the person who filed the
notification of infringement or their agent.
